Our live, personalized Synastry Reading is conducted via Discord in a private meeting room, allowing for real-time interaction and questions. If you do not prefer a live reading, you can opt out for it to be emailed to you. What Your Synastry Reading Includes: - A live 1 hour and 30-minute call on Discord, with the option to opt-out - Comparison of all natal charts - Analysis of aspects between charts - Exploration of complementary and challenging energies - Communication styles and emotional needs - Guidance on nurturing marital relationship Flexible Options: Do you prefer a more self-reflective experience? Opt for our email-only service, receiving your complete analysis and presentation slides without the live call on the booking form. After Your Session: You'll receive an email containing: - Meeting notes - Chart notes from your analysis - The slideshow presentation for future reference **Important Note:** I will only perform synastry readings for couples who are MARRIED or ENGAGED. This professional boundary ensures that I focus on supporting committed partnerships and helping couples navigate the journey of marriage together. I do not offer synastry readings for non-matrimonial relationships.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: 1. Payment: All payments for our services are final and non-refundable. Payment is required before receiving your Astro analysis. 2. Cancellations: We do not offer cancellations for booked services, as the booking is more of a due date for your service. Therefore, a service cannot be canceled once scheduled and paid for. 3. Rescheduling: If you purchase a service with a live add-on and cannot attend, please email contact@iammoana.com to schedule a new day and time. If you miss the second one, a third will not be scheduled, and your analysis will be emailed to you instead. Please ensure you can attend your scheduled appointment before booking. 4. Late Arrivals: Please note that if you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to shorten it to accommodate subsequent service patients. The full service fee will still apply, so we encourage you to arrive on time to make the most of your session. 5. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without communication, please be aware that you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. We kindly ask for your understanding and respect for our time and resources. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
